What is Life? (Luke 12:13-21)
•
This Sunday, Br Joshua Lim preached from the Parable of the Rich Fool, emphasizing that true life is not defined by material possessions, but by being rich toward God. He urged listeners to guard their hearts against covetousness and reject the lie that life consists in the abundance of things. Recognize that life is short and uncertain; therefore, steward your time, wealth, and opportunities for God’s kingdom. Discern your thoughts and motives carefully, and make choices led by the Spirit rather than by the flesh, living with eternity in view.

What is Life? (Luke 12:13-21)
52:59|In his sermon “What Is Life?” based on Luke 12:13–21, Ps Goh Seng Fong challenges us to reconsider how we define a meaningful and successful life. Through the parable of the rich fool, he warns against materialism, self-sufficiency and the false security of earthly possessions. Wealth itself is not the problem; the danger lies in living for ourselves while neglecting God. Since life is fragile and eternity certain, we must invest in what truly matters and become rich towards God, living with an eternal perspective.
Great Feast (Luke 14:15-26)
01:14:41|This sermon explores the "great feast" parable from Luke 14, framing it as an invitation to the kingdom of God characterized by righteousness, peace, and joy (17:40-18:05). Rev Dr Seng Fong Goh contrasts the religious performance of the Pharisee with the humble repentance of the publican (19:16-23:45). The message emphasizes that salvation is a free, grace-filled offer through Jesus Christ (27:10-28:03). Despite human excuses—prioritizing business or personal life over God—the call remains to accept His invitation, walk in His grace, and share this gospel with others.

Good Friday Message - Word of Salvation
01:03:10|Ps Goh Seng Fong reflects on the crucifixion, emphasizing that God’s sovereign plan was in control (2:44-5:18). He contrasts the two thieves—one mocking and one repenting (10:50-11:26)—highlighting that true faith, though humble and courageous, leads to salvation, as Jesus promised the repentant thief paradise (2:19-2:30, 35:32-38:04).

Heart of God (Luke 15)
01:15:48|Ps Seng Fong Goh highlights God’s pursuing heart through the parables in Luke 15. He emphasizes the value of one soul and God's immense joy in celebrating the return of the lost. Christians are called to be intentional in soul-winning and share this compassion.
Building a Healthy Church: Establishing Prayer, Word & Witness (1 Thess 1)
56:39|Pastor Goh Seng Fong taught that a healthy church grows naturally. Prioritise spiritual health over numbers. Establish prayer, the Word, and witness. Practise continual thanksgiving and “making mention” prayer. Serve together in humility and teamwork. Live with urgency in light of Christ’s imminent return. Intercede for labourers, missions, and souls. Depend on the Spirit’s power, not human strength. Become a caring, sharing community that glorifies God and advances the gospel until Jesus comes again.
Psalm 121
50:14|Ps Goh Seng Fong reflected on Psalm 121, reminding believers that while the hills of Jerusalem once symbolized stability, true help comes only from God, not from icons, rituals, or outward symbols. God is Yahweh and Elohim—the covenant-keeping Creator who protects, preserves, and guides His people without slumber. We must examine our lives, trust Him daily, cast our cares on Him, and avoid superficial faith. God works all things for good, keeps our soul, guards our steps, and remains our Helper now and forever.
Forgotten Babe Immanuel
55:50|Ps Goh Seng Fong preached on the name Emmanuel—God with us, for us, and in us. He reminded the church not to lose Christ beneath the trappings of Christmas, for Jesus is fully God, eternal, creator, all-powerful, all-knowing, unchanging, and the only Saviour who forgives sin. Emmanuel entered human suffering, died for our sins, rose again, destroys Satan’s works, and offers peace, hope, new life, and eternal glory to all who come to Him in repentance and faith.
