Straight Outta Cobham: The Athletic FC's Chelsea show

Half-cut

Until the World Cup, international break...

Sam Parkin and Dom Fifield are alongside Matt Davies-Adams as we gear up for the return of the men's domestic football.

We begin with memories of Ramires and John Obi Mikel - who both announced their retirement from the game in midweek - with iconic goals, bags of appearances and plenty of medals between them.

Chelsea Women made it two wins from three after a 3-1 victory over West Ham - Jessy Parker-Humphreys sends in their post-match thoughts before a break in domestic play for Emma Hayes' side.

We've got a round up of how some of the Blues fared on international duty - before looking ahead to the Dom Derby as Graham Potter's side make the trip to Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon in the long-awaited return to Premier League action.

And a quiz on the Eagles would just be far to easy wouldn't it?!

We'll be back on Monday to reflect on that match - and look ahead to the crucial visit of AC Milan in the Champions League.
