I feel so lucky to work with hair everyday... I did a thesis on the politics of black woman's hair when I was in college, I always said in that thesis - black woman's hair is an artform, different styles, different creativity... I didn't always love my hair... 'Until I was like 13 or 14 it wasn't a thing I loved, it was a bad thing...
