Aviation Education - Degrees to turn to professional development

On this episode, we look at the options to get professional academic qualifications in the aviation industry. Ireland is home to various top-class aviation industry education and training options aimed at aspiring high flyers. Ranging from an MSc in Aviation Finance in UCD to Carlow Institute of Educations, Bachelor of Business in Aviation Management and Munster technological University's International Business with Aviation Studies (BA Honours) course.

Dublin City University offers a BSc in Aviation Management, the first university degree in Ireland to combine management studies with the option to train as a commercial pilot. Alternatively, its students can opt to undertake air traffic controller training.

DCU also offers an MSc in Management (Aviation Leadership), a specialist postgraduate programme designed to provide participants with knowledge in all key aviation sectors and strategic management.
