ForgivenessToday on Sense of Soul Podcast is Geoff Thompson, he is a film-maker, screenwriter, spiritual teacher, prolific British author and martial arts expert. By the time he was 30 years old he was unconsciously displacing his rage into violence, sexual self-harm and long bouts of debilitating depression.
