✨Ashley completed a BS in Human Kinetics St Francis Xavier University. This led to a full time gig as a personal trainer and then a few years as a Kinesiologist at a multidisciplinary Chiropractic Clinic. Along the way she discovered the work of Paul Chek and his world renowned CHEK Institute. This is where her knowledge of all things HOLISTIC health and fitness began. Fast forward a few years and she’s now a licensed level 2 CHEK Practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Coach! Her studies with the CHEK Institute through their Academy continues, as does her research and learning into other topics such as h3o2 “structured” water, light, sound, all things “quantum health” and terrain model.
She is forever student and passionate teacher. A health detective and dot connector! Her unique coaching style and personal training enables clients to empower themselves with new knowledge and understanding, as well as tools and strategies, so that they can feel their best and not be limited or restricted in their life because of ill health, poor fitness or pain!
