Are heads of marketing all worried about the same thing?

Season 3, Ep. 5

I had the opportunity to interview 19 top marketers just after they spoke on stage at the Cape Town edition of Marketing Cafe 2025.

The list includes CMOs, Heads of Marketing and other leaders of the industry, so I was interested to hear what they all had to say about the current state of marketing in South Africa.

I asked each guest the same two questions:

1) What shift are we seeing in the way brands connect with people?

2) Complete the sentence "Marketing in 2025 is all about..."

This episode has all of their responses - let me know what trends you see in their answers!

Big thanks to Miguel Netto from Bootlegger and the team from Marketing Cafe for making this possible.
