Sunday Bandstand with Chris HelmeFor thirty years Chris Helme was a serving Police Officer in the West Yorkshire Police, in the North of England and was awarded the British Empire Medal in 1990 for his service to the community.Sunday Bandstand went live in December of 2007 in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
