Reflection:
Peter’s words are not meant to create panic, but perspective. Time matters. Life moves quickly, and opportunities to serve God often fade quietly while we wait for a “better season.”
When we forget the significance of the present time, we drift into survival mode—focused on comfort, routine, and personal concerns. Spiritual alertness fades, and prayer becomes shallow. But when we remember that God is actively at work right now, our vision sharpens.
Today is not a pause before real ministry begins. Today is the moment God invites us to participate in what He is doing.
Prayer:
Lord, wake me up spiritually. Help me see today not as an obstacle, but as an opportunity to serve You faithfully. Amen.
Action Step:
Ask God honestly: “Where are You inviting me to serve right now—not someday, but today?”
