Saying Yes to God
Scripture (Luke 1:38, NIV):
“I am the Lord’s servant,” Mary answered. “May your word to me be fulfilled.”Mary’s response was not rooted in full understanding, but in deep trust. She surrendered herself to God’s will, confident that His Word was good and dependable.
God’s favor does not guarantee an easy life, but it does guarantee His presence and purpose. When we say yes to God, He works through our obedience in ways we may not immediately see.
What might God be inviting you to trust Him with today?
Prayer:
Lord, I offer myself to You. Help me say yes to You with humility and trust, even when the path ahead is unclear. Amen.
