So Random, a new podcast for your ears about never-before-heard personal stories on society and culture.  Coming soon wherever you get your podcast! Sel usually prefers to listen than talk. But this time he’d like to invite you to his world, to his random thoughts and ideas happened after his meditation.  As the title suggested, there is no specific theme. I love to spend time with kids. They teach me something about human nature. After all, we're born equally independent, intelligent and decent. But through time and space, we loose these key elements unnoticed and unintended. We're social animals. To survive, feel safe and accepted, we follow a bouquet of values set by a group or society we want to belong. As children our minds are incredibly flexible. We surrender to feelings of weakness and vulnerability. Amazingly, they give us the source of power to acquire new ideas and information. We sense our inferiority to those older than us. We are open to the influence of our parents, grandparents, peers, and teachers. We feel highly motivated to learn. We also feel genuinely curious and hungry for new information. As getting older, we are too ashamed of showing our weakness and vulnerability. We project our image as a strong and self-reliant being. At the same, we are loosing the power to grow. In this episode, let's explore some ideas on how to be weak and vulnerable. This is a reflection from reading The Laws of Human Nature by Robert Greene.
