Following 2 years of rehabbing from knee injuries, the US Ski Team's Tommy Biesemeyer took 11th place in Super G at this past weekend's Birds of Prey World Cup! Tommy joins us to talk about his preparation, what he experienced during the race and what's coming up next.

Steven joins us to discuss his experiences at the 2015 Birds of Prey Downhill and Super G as well as his preparation for the upcoming move to Europe for the World Cup season.

Steven talks about how he maintains the balance between relaxation and focus throughout the World Cup season as well as the upcoming Birds of Prey at Beaver Creek.
