We watched this weird little horror romcom and spoiler alert we loved it.

If you have spent any amount of time with Nicole and me, I'm pretty sure you know that we love Jane Austen. If you are just stumbling across Snark Squad for the very first time, hello! My name is Marines, and my best friend Nicole and I love Jane Austen.This is our third entry into our larger Jane Austen mini-project, in which we discuss the novel and its various adaptations. We did Pride and Prejudice (my favorite) and Emma (Nicole's favorite), and next, we took on Persuasion.

When we saw that Shogun was the most nominated show at this year's Emmys, we figured we had to know what they hype was about. This episode was recorded before the awards, but we were rooting for them to win every single one.

A YA novel-turned Netflix miniseries is basically Snark Squad bait at this point. Our friend Paige joins us to decide whether this thriller hits the mark.

In spite of being ""not that into reality TV"" we got sucked into this most recent season of Love Island USA along with the rest of the internet and we had a lot of feelings.

A YA shifter romance was adapted into a TV show so obviously we had to talk about it, and we brought back our very first friend of the pod, Ceri Riley, to unpack all of our feelings about our girlboss queen, cartoon villains, and of course horses.
