Chesney Hawkes is a Singer Songwriter, who was a teen sensation at the age of 19 when his single ‘The One and Only’ catapulted him into pop stardom. He was one of the first teenagers in pop history ever to bag the Number One spot with a debut release, staying at the top for five weeks and crashing Top 10s world-wide. Chesney has been very open about his rise and fall in the industry and for a while took time out of the limelight and also became a well respected and talented songwriter. Now 53, he is back with a bang, releasing his first collection of new material in over a decade.
