Maria Hatzistefanis is a Founder, CEO, and Bestselling Author who built a multimillion-pound beauty empire including Rodial and Nip+Fab. She has written four books, with her latest ‘How to Make Your First Million’ released earlier this year. She serves as a Patron of the British Fashion Council, and appeared in the first three seasons of Dragons’ Den Greece as an investor.


In this episode she takes us through her career journey and explains where her passion and drive come from. Maria has proven there is no reward without risk and you can learn from mistakes you make along the way.
