Dame Prue Leith is a Restauranteur, Cookery Writer, Novelist, Presenter, Broadcaster and best known for her 11 years on Great British Menu and as one of our favorite judges on The Great British Bake off. Her colourful career involves running a successful catering business, a Michelin star Restaurant and founding a number of cookery schools. She has written 8 novels and 14 cookbooks and in 2021 was made a Dame for her services to food, broadcasting and charity.


In this episode Prue delves deep into some amazing stories from her life and career including how she got into TV, her proudest moments and how she got her job on GBBO. She discusses her Sliding Doors Moment with her foodie awakening in Paris that set her on the path to become a cook and tell a little white lie to train at Le Cordon Bleu! We chat about how a standing ovation at her one woman show changed her outlook on performing and she opens up about how the death of her brother led her to campaign for a cause now very close to her heart.

Spandau Ballet became one of the biggest bands of the 80s, touring the world and having huge success with songs such as 'True' and 'Gold.' Martin is equally known for his acting career staring in films such as 'The Krays' and playing Billy Flynn in the West End, as well as winning best male actor at the NTAs for his villainous role as Steve Owen. He has also written two books including one with Shirlie, his lovely wife of over 30 years, and success runs in the family with his son Roman and daughter Harley. Today he can be seen on our screen as a fan favourite on Celebrity Gogglebox and touring around the UK with his Back to the 80's DJ sets!In this episode Martin opens up on his amazing life journey and all the stepping stone moments that have got him to where he is today, as well as some great stories and memories! He presents some of TV’s most loved shows such as The Chase, starred in Coronation Street and Doctor Who, has sold out countless comedy shows and also has two top 15 albums! Growing up in Watford, he went on to become a professional footballer. However, when his career ended due to injury, he went on to become a blue coat and got his big break on the Royal Variety show in 1993 and the rest is history! This propelled Bradley into his career in entertainment and then on to become an established actor and a true national treasure!In this episode Bradley tells us all about his incredible journey across his multi-facetted career. We chat all about how breaking his ankle in a football match ultimately led him to the world of entertainment and straight on to the comedy scene.     Stef Reid MBE is a silver and bronze Paralympic medalist, Broadcaster, Keynote speaker and Coach and is a trailblazer who embraces high performance in all aspects of life. Following a life altering accident at 15, which dashed her dreams of rugby stardom, she harnessed the power of a carbon fiber running leg to forge a new path. After sheer determination and resilience, she is now a world champion in Long Jump, four-time Paralympian, and triple Paralympic medalist and holds five world records in track and field. Her impact is beyond the track making history as the first amputee to grace the London Fashion Week catwalk and also showcase her resilience on Dancing on Ice in 2022. After an incredible 18-year Paralympic career, Stef retired from elite sports in June 2022, embarking on a mission to empower others to discover their own paths to high performance. In this episode Stef discusses her incredible journey to becoming a Paralympian and her outlook on life and building your own path. She opens up about her life changing accident at age 15 and how there could have been so many other outcomes and what if moments - but how she learnt to take what happened to her and live life to the full.
