Re-imagining of Business in the Digital Age
Blake LeMoi has always had a passion for business, digital, technology & leadership. Graduated with a computer networking degree from Lake Washington Institute of Technology, and Honors in Business at University of Texas at San Antonio. Along with extensive corporate experience with Fortune 500 companies, such as Washington Mutual Bank, Chase Bank, ADP, DriveTime Car Sales, & The Scooter Store.
While at Washington Mutual Bank, Blake held roles in operations, leadership and regulatory compliance. Moving from Seattle, Washington, NY, then San Antonio Texas starting up regional call centers training and leading workforce. With DriveTime Car Sales, he implemented several accountability and process improvement measures that resulted in, increased productivity and sales by over 20% during his tenure. As an Hr Consultant with ADP Blake grew the South Texas PEO portfolio and assisted companies on HR, retention, hiring and compliance. Blake’s leadership experience includes human capital management, marketing, business development, growth strategies, IT management, Strategic planning, implementation, budget development, and corporate compliance.
Throughout his career, Blake’s focus has been on employee and customer experience management. He recognizes that corporate culture, brand development, and human capital training are the foundation that successful companies are built on. After his start in 1998 and has had successful years in corporate management and small business. Blake founded Oneighty.io, a growth consulting firm that utilizes the skills he acquired throughout his career. Since founding the firm, Blake has worked hundreds of small & medium-sized businesses from startups to established companies.
When Blake’s not working he enjoys disconnecting from technology, gardening, cooking, traveling, exploring, and learning.
