Very happy to welcome Keri Wallace on the podcast today for our last episode of this summer season. Keri is a mum and mountain runner, from trails to fell, to sky running, based in Scotland. She is also a freelance writer in the outdoor industry, an author and the co-founder of Girls on Hills. We talk about her career shift and this 6 years journey with Girls on Hills, aiming to empower women to develop the skills and confidence to become independent in the mountains. We also discuss her latest book Running Challenges, as well as her personal journey as a runner, and a mum.
