Kaytlin Bailey is a sex worker rights advocate, comedian, and writer, best known as the Founder and Executive Director of Old Pros, a nonprofit media organization dedicated to reshaping society’s understanding of sex work. She is the creator and host of The Oldest Profession Podcast, where each episode spotlights a historical “old pro”—her term for exploring the lives and legacies of sex workers across time. Her acclaimed one-woman shows include The Oldest Profession, a sweeping 10,000-year tour of history from a sex worker’s perspective, and Cuntagious, which she debuted in 2015.Before launching Old Pros, Kaytlin served as the founding Director of Communications for Decriminalize Sex Work, an advocacy organization deeply shaped by her own experiences navigating the fallout from SESTA/FOSTA.
