On today’s episode of the podcast, we were thrilled to be joined by the lovely Teri Hofford. Teri is a body image educator, bestselling author, photographer and TedX speaker who helps people unf*ck their beliefs around bodies and business so that they can move closer to their most authentic selves. We were very excited to have a conversation with her today about all things relating to body image – the meaning that we make out of our bodies and where those thoughts come from, how we can reframe negative thoughts about ourselves, what confidence can look like for different people, and why being curious is so important when it comes to shifting the way we think and feel about our bodies.
