This week's episode is a family affair as we talk to Paul Kelly Head Coach of Manchester Utd PFC, son Patrick Kelly who plays for the team and Helen Musson Chairperson of Sale Utd who also happens to be Paul's wife and Patrick's Mum.


Helen explains the relationship between the Sale and Manchester Utd teams and how infrastructure is key to the smooth running of both, along with the help and support of the 'hidden heroes' of the game including all the parents and volunteers. Patrick tells us about getting involved in powerchair football at the age of 3, how the game has developed since and what growing up with the team has meant to him while Paul talks about the skill involved in powerchair football and what Manchester Utd PFC have been up to during lockdown.


They also (along with three former coaches) pay tribute to Manchester United PFC player Jordan Duke who sadly passed away during lockdown.

Dillon and Brian tell us how they got started in powerchair football and how they both came to Cheltenham. Dillon explains how a chance encounter in Pizza Hut set him on a path into the sport and to become Captain of the Cheltenham team and how his commitment to the game means travelling two and a half hours for training. Whilst Brian discusses moving from managing a running club to discovering and falling in love with the game and how he moved his work to focus 100% of his time on powerchair football. Dave takes a verbal grilling before taking them on at 2v1 and the final challenge.

They also discuss the WFA female football festivals which took place earlier in the year and highlighted the role of women in the game and hope to encourage more women and girls into the sport when they resume.
