This week we have one of the most inspirational people in the SEND world Tracey Huggins and her amazing husband Dan aka "Poor Dan", Tracey is the founder of Choice well being service and she also runs the Facebook page "the send world according to me", we talk about being honest and true to yourself, they discuss their daughters lack of diagnosis, Dan opens up about his mental health, how to stay positive, Hayley's one hour mental break, switching off your phone and the three stages of love
