  • 5. Impostor Syndrome - NOT TODAY SATAN!!!!

    44:51||Season 1, Ep. 5
    I teach a lot of corporates the art of confident leadership and even more humans, the art of being themselves ... but back in the early days, I was too terrified to get in front of an audience because my impostor syndrome had me convinced that NO ONE would want to listen to a fat coach!Seriously!!Traditional therapy was telling me I had to look back over my achievements and acknowledge how far I had come, which to me was all a big pile of wank, because IF I WAS ABLE TO DO THAT, I WOULDN'T HAVE IMPOSTOR SYNDROME! *eyeroll*When self-doubt has you by the short and curlies, we put everything we achieve down to luck, or someone (or something) else making it possible. We never for a second believe that we are ready enough, qualified enough or good enough to own our space and let the world know that we're here!Well, I have been able to do that in recent years, and it's all because I learned some things that gave me a whole new perspective on impostor syndrome, and today I'd like to share these things with you too.So, without further ado, here is:FIVE things you need to know about impostor syndrome, and TEN ways to f*ck it off!❤️ If you enjoyed this podcast, head on over and join me in the FREE Self-Worth 101 Facebook Community where you'll get tips, education and a community of people jst like you who are also on a quest to THINK better, FEEL better and BE better.❤️ If you'd like to learn more about how I can help you, your relationship or your workplace be badass, you're welcome to Visit my websiteIf this podcast resonated for you, I'd love you to leave me a comment, sharing which bits landed or which bits you think are complete crap. • 4. How to Turn Stress into a Buffalo Chicken Pizza

    18:40||Season 1, Ep. 4
    Here's the trick I taught a client who asked for tools to manage her anxiety. There is one particular phrase her clients use that instantly gets her hackles up, makes her go all tense and puts her into fight mode. She has tried to change the way she reacts, but always fails .... until now! In fact, after I taught her this nifty little process, she couldn't even find the anxiety or stress afterwards. Even when she tried to. She just laughed!!This is a staple to keep into your mindset toolbox because it'll work on most of the things that are currently doing your head in. ❤️Join the FREE Self-Worth 101 Facebook Community and get loads of worthy goodness.❤️ Watch this podcast on YouTube ❤️ Visit my website
  • 2. Self-Worth Wars - Millennials vs. Gen Z

    01:11:45||Season 1, Ep. 2
    In this episode you'll meet my eldest daughter Sam, leader of the Self-Worth smack down and caller-out of bullshit when it comes to toxic, generational hand-me-downs.As usual (I say with a repertoire of TWO whole podcasts under my belt lol) this episode is organic and went wherever it needed to go. I love the thought of exploring down rabbit holes and poking a big stick into the conversations we're taught we're not allowed to have.Sam did the hard yards when she was younger, trying to define herself under the weight of all my Gen-Z expectations and inherited insecurities.But, she made it out alive, with gratitude and grace and is here to share with you what she learned, how she found the courage to really know herself and how you can do the same.While this is not about blaming the people that came before us, it's about sharing our stories boldly, bravely and with absolute authenticity.I would LOVE you to drop me a line via my website or under the podcast to let me know if you resonated with our story and if you too experienced a class of the generations.If you'd like to watch the YouTube video of this podcast, click HERE.❤️Join the FREE Self-Worth 101 Facebook Community and get loads of worthy goodness.❤️ Visit my website
  • 1. Welcome to Self-Worth 101

    01:02:33||Season 1, Ep. 1
    I nearly dumped this episode. I have included a fairly vulnerable story that, a few hours are recording it, took me down the rabbit hole of YOU CAN'T SAY THAT!!!! Isn't it incredible how sanitised we have become to the way we share our own experiences? Societal programming! That was a close call. It nearly got me!! Anyway, I haven't deleted it, it appears warts and all and I thank you in advance for taking the time to listen to my first ever podcast. It's going to be one helluva ride, and I'm so glad you're taking it with me. Leanne xx❤️Join the FREE Self-Worth 101 Facebook Community and get loads of worthy goodness.❤️ Visit my website
