After a tough loss in Carolina, Matt and Blake go through the exercise of looking at individual performances rather than the result. The guys peek in on the top line after they produced goals, especially what it means for the market on DeBrusk. Plus, they look at whether Räty or Mancini made the case to stay in the lineup this weekend. And then the uncomfortable question of who should be getting the starts in goal, after Lankinen's numbers appear almost unsaveable. Jeff Marek of the The Sheet shares his thoughts on the rebuilding process and the strong stomach that is so often needed. Marek looks back at successful rebuilds like Montreal and what they needed to endure. The guys also look at EP40 and his line's success and just how unstoppable the Canes appear to be again, with Stankhoven a big part of it. Then, it's RinkWide's Jeff Paterson with his detailed review of the game, both the beefs and the bouquets. JPat wonder about Merilainen taking over the crease, the sustainability of Lekkerimäki's play, and the special teams being an utter disaster. Matt and Blake finish up with a look at the Whitecaps trying to stop the bleeding and stay atop the MLS West, the BC Lions try to keep their push for 1st alive vs the worst team in history, and the Seahawks have a huge one this weekend vs the 49ers!Thank you to our great sponsors:@bet365: | http://www.bet365.ca/Yellow Dog Brewing | https://lnk.to/YDBrewingBCLIQUOR: https://www.bcliquorstores.com/Movember: https://movember.com/Shop the Daily Faceoff Team Collection now at nationgear.ca.
