Ex-Tropical Cyclone Koji has caused massive flooding in Queensland, with places like Clermont and Moranbah receiving over 200mm and 150mm of rain, respectively. Meteorologist Dean Narramore warns that this new rain event hits just as communities recover from New Years deluges. In the Gulf Country, close to 50,000 livestock are missing or dead, devastating grazing industries that locals depend on.
