Is your job making you ill?

Season 1, Ep. 211

Work is such a large part of most of our lives. Most of us spend more time at work than at home if you don’t count sleep at night. And many of us work from home. But how do we know if our work might be affecting our health and what can we do about it?

In this episode I look at some examples and give you a check list of what you can do.
