01:04:35||Season 2, Ep. 13It is rarely in life when you meet someone and they really make you wonder what are you doing. David smith had that impact on me, he pulls you out of your worries and troubles. He makes you realise that you are just here for a short period of time. You can and will be needed to in moments, you will need to be there for yourself. This conversation is delicate and strong as David reveals his 6 cancer surgeries and persistent brushes with death. He feels that pressure of life and how much of things are here for us to respond to. We can live better through action and inaction but making sure we hold down values true to us. Thank you David smith.

Dr Nicky Keay specialises in helping people who find it difficult to balance their input vs their output.

At times not even eating, this is part of modern culture. We are over run and Jeffrey and I discuss that we need to be intentional with what we do. It is difficult but possible. Jeffrey has built an online community and has a great ethos on living and eating intentionally. Please let us know what you think with a review.
