Rob's Recipes: Thai Golden Turmeric Cauliflower Curry
Season 1

Did Rob say stir the spinach into the curry before serving? Well - do. And there isn't any garlic.
INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower
1 small onion
1 red pepper
100g (or more) of spinach
1 lime
1 packet of marinated tofu
150g basmati rice - or brown rice - or your rice of choice
400g can of coconut milk
tsp or two of bouillon or a little pre-made pot of vegetable stock
Heaped tsp of Thai yellow curry paste
Turmeric
Flaked almonds
