Mexican-American world-class runner Diego Estrada has made history by becoming the first guest ever to join us in our recording studio. Earlier this year, he set another record, the American record for the 25K and is now focused on competing in the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. In our conversation, we explore concepts like double and even triple thresholds, various training regimens, and the mistakes Diego regrets from his career—along with what he would have done differently.
