Meditation Apps
I looked at several "best meditation apps in 2023" and liked this list a lot:
https://www.womenshealthmag.com/health/g25178771/best-meditation-apps/
I'll add that I use Calm daily; there is a lot to like about Insight Timer and I still use that sometimes.
Ten Percent Happier Meditation is from Dan Harris, whose book "Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics" has helped lots of people find their way to mindfulness and meditation.
Several friends tell me they like Headspace and tends to get strong reviews for the number of options and the fun interface.

The Sonder of Musings…I originally came across the word "sonder" in the mesmorizing 10 minute video called SOULFULLY BEAUTIFUL from Reflections of LIfe (who I first learned about from Grateful Living: https://grateful.org). I then learned the term SONDER, defined as "the profound feeling of realizing that everyone, including strangers passing in the street, has a life as complex as one's own, which they are constantly living despite one's personal lack of awareness of it. The word was coined by John Koenig, who compiled a compendium of created words in the Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows and also created a short video just to unpack his special word Sonder.B. When you’re struggling, focus more on the good so you can stay hopeful. 4.
