How To Identify, Starve, and Eliminate Limiting Beliefs and Feed Positivity
During our childhood, when our minds are not fully developed, we can't distinguish between right and wrong, so we accept everything people say to us as truth. For instance, negative remarks will solidify as core beliefs in a child's mind, and they will get in the way of that child's normal development, goal achieving, and personal growth.
In this episode, the last of 2021, we talk about our beliefs. We explore and understand how limiting beliefs grow in our minds; we learn to identify them, look for their root cause, and eliminate them. We delve into the power limiting beliefs can have in our lives and the effects of having limiting beliefs transformed into core beliefs. We also go through a step by step of identifying limiting beliefs, the questions that will help us do it, and what we need to do to change or eliminate them. I also share an example of a limiting belief I had for many years, how I identified it and took it out of my system.
