  • 5. Conquering Fear — A Prayer

    22:38||Season 3, Ep. 5
    This is a prayer for YOU! For anyone who is feeling downcast, or has been rejected… to the patients in the burn wards, those who are believing to walk again, for all those help captive in human trafficking and for the ones who are free from all of that———to YOU, the freedom from fear to step out and use your voice and gifts to help the aforementioned. This is inspired from 2 Chronicles Chapter 20
  • 4. King Solomon had everything so what went wrong?

    14:05||Season 3, Ep. 4
    How can we prevent losing the blessings we already have in life, and keep from getting distracted? Why did Solomon stop appreciating what he had?This was annoying to me like a soap opera when you know the person is cheating on their spouse and you yell at the TV to prevent it but they can’t hear you.Okay, maybe it’s only me who has done that. :)

  • 2. Inspirations from 1 Chronicles 28-29

    26:25||Season 3, Ep. 2
    Hello friends! Thank you for checking out Revive Your Soul with Mindy Joy! I have a question for you: Do you often wake up kinda down and depressed? If so, I feel you. But I've learned how to work my way out of that which I share as you listen to this podcast.This podcast is inspired by my daily reading portion which had me think how amazing it is that we were all created so unique and I want you to understand how vitally important you are. I also found the adjectives King David used to praise God very interesting and realized that this was at the end of his life. Learning how to Praise God who I've never seen, was, and is a journey of exploration of God's Word and an adventure!If you are going through depression, this is a good podcast to listen to and, it may also help you to understand II Chronicles 28 - 29.
  • 1. We Need More Davids and Solomons

    28:21||Season 3, Ep. 1
    King David was a survivor and a conquering King who led Israel in victorious battles in his lifetime. Scripture says he was a man "after God's own heart" in 1 Samuel 13:14. King Solomon, David's son, on the other hand, never had to fight in battle and was born into royalty. The scriptures refer to Solomon as the wisest King in the Middle East (1 Kings 4:30) and their was peace and prosperity throughout the vast majority of his 40 year reign.Even today, we can see that in life, some people are strong survivors and others were born with things prepared for them by their ancestors so they could excel in their gifts without the struggle of war, finances, resources, etc.This episode explores the need for both people groups.
  • 5. Hope Again!

    24:54||Season 2, Ep. 5
    As I read Joel Chapter 3 this morning, I was led to encourage you all to hope again!
  • 4. Bible Immersion Daniel 5 & 3 John

    20:40||Season 2, Ep. 4
    There is something in every scripture that can speak into our lives. Daniel Chapter 5:4 magnified to me the deception of coveting money, houses and cars for power and fame. In 3 John we are reminded of the power and beauty of godly love and fellowship.
