4. 'Posted on the Strip' // Sent to Stay, Part I // The Stripping, Episode 4 // ByJié
34:52||Season 1, Ep. 4Anchor Scripture: Ephesians 4:1-16Episode Focus: Ephesians 4:8-13We've grown, we've learned, and we've got God and now we're ready to move into a new season, a new job, new community, new something.. but let's hold on a little longer. we have to stay 'posted on the strip', or in other words, what if God is telling you to stay in the place he saved you from a little longer? Don't be so quick to leave. Sometimes God gets us out but tells us to stay… in the place He called you out of, in the environment you’re now ready to rush out of, stay there a bit. What if God's promise and power is in the place you're ready to rush out of? Don't miss your blessings, the power, the promise, and the Spirit that God is pressing in you because you want to be seen as someone that has grown. You and God know that there has been growth. Growth happens in the inside before ever showing up externally and often times where we are doesn't show us how much growth has actually transpired in our lives and we're eager to showcase that. But stay posted, keep in pace, there are still things you can acquire in the place that once broke you, the place that once held you back. Use your newfound self and enlightenment in the place you were once ignorant and in darkness. God wants to use you there. Don't strip God of using you in your stripping. You're still being stripped, even though you've been refined. Can you strip the attachment in proving that you've grown, that you're better off and doing better than others, that the place you outgrown is less than.. can you outgrow, continue to be refined, and be stripped from these thoughts & disposition of yours??

3. Are you Going to Strip this Grief Too, God? // The Stripping, Episode 3 // ByJié
32:34||Season 1, Ep. 3Anchor Scripture: Ephesians 4:1-16Episode Focus: Ephesians 4:11-16Something that not much theologians, born again Christians, or even seasoned Christians talk about... the GRIEF of leaving the lifestyle, the people, the environments, the influence, the love, the emotions. It's such an interesting transition from the world into the Kingdom, and at times a painful one, a boring one. We miss what's familiar.. but stay the course, we have to keep going! If we're not careful, grief will walk us right back into the prison we walked out of and that prison is not of one for the Lord, but one of self and for the world.. Grief can either mature you or make you immature.. it can help you build strength or backtrack. It took us how long to walk out, and we're willing to do it again? Don't take that risk, don't overestimate your ability to come back out again. This is call to maturity and a recall to be prisoners for the Lord. Once you feel this grief, you are at the most important place, the step before where God finally reveals the why and you are at the cusp of walking into it, but hold fast & firm in your choices. It may seem that it's best to go back, but doing so is going back on your word, the Word of God, and the future you were so close to attaining. Just in case anyone is tired, wondering after making the tough decisions, and grieiving the steps you took, let this be your encouragement that there is a point that will show itself after you finish grieving! Your strength is in your endurance and the enemy knows it, which is why it's pressing harder on your emotions. Keep firm because God will strip off your grief too!!
2. A Stripping Sacrifice // The Stripping, Episode 2 // ByJié
35:38||Season 1, Ep. 2Anchor Scripture: Ephesians 4:1-16Episode Focus: Ephesians 4:1-6What is being sacrificed during your stripping process? In this episode, we dive into God's stripping process and the sacrifices required for true transformation. One of the greatest acts of sacrifice during this process is fasting. We explore the true intentions of fasting, its meaning, the do’s & don’ts, and how to approach it in a way that helps your stripping process become fruitful, even in the frustration...Entering the sacrificial act of fasting, is entering Oneness with Christ! "The slower the sacrifice, the faster the death".. If we can just allow God to take His time with us, to take His time in stripping us, then the faster He helps us put to death the past attachments, addictions, hurt, you name it. In that death of self is the acknowledgement of the death of Christ, which comes the recognition of the life that God always had for us. But what have you placed in front of that recognition? That blockade has to be sacrificed to fully walk in the purpose & will of Christ.Topics covered:Sacrificing as surrender to GodThe intentions of fasting and its spiritual powerA Fruitful Fast is entering oneness with ChristFasting as a 'fast track' in the stripping processObedience, Discipline, & TrustHow beautiful it is to be stripped. Though uncomfortable, it is an act we must become accustomed to if we truly desire a strengthened spirit, deeper intimacy with God, and sharper discernment & power to deny our flesh. This conversation unpacks what it means to trust God even in our doubts and skepticism. If you’ve been in a season of pruning, stretching, or transformation, this episode is for you!Be sure to like, comment, subscribe, and share with someone who may need this message!
