Hilary Rushford was fully immersed in musical theatre. She was even on a Broadway tour, and in the Radio City Rocketts -- yeah, pretty big time. After recognizing a need in the industry for helping other women feel beautiful, she put her musical career on hold for a year to explore this avenue. She fell in love with this idea and began to build a business around it all. She later developed Dean Street Society, which has grown into a business that Hilary operates on a daily basis. It was such a pleasure to sit down with Hilary today and speak about the different career paths she's pursued.
