On November 7, 2022, YouTube gaming commentary channel @JayTechTV4K60 uploaded a video titled 'The JayTechTV Walmart Console Review 2022.' This video, in direct contravention of the clearly stated in-store policies of Walmart, features the YouTuber vlogging inside Walmart, comparing the level of Xbox Series X stock to that of the Nintendo Switch and PS5, and subsequently coming to the absurd conclusion that the Microsoft home console brand is failing and holding back its rivals, despite the Xbox still supporting more games at 120 frames per second and leading in sales data for several months. As a result, in tonight's video, we'll be analysing his mess of a video - mostly because I've always wanted an excuse to talk about this guy, but cannot be bothered to sit through 5 or 6 hours of streams just for 10 or 20 minutes of content.This continues the gripping story arc of the notorious PlayStation fanboy, although being a fully grown man taking wars over pieces of plastic to a department store is far from the worst thing he has done (read: JayTechTV ban from the Insomniac Games Discord server in 2021 - or just watch the It'sAGundam video on him). In tonight's episode of the recodedpixels podcast, we'll be discussing the fallout from last week's episode of the show: The digital execution of Andrew Tate.The YouTube edition of the podcast received very mixed reactions at best, with approximately 400 comments and 350 dislikes on a video that barely exceeded 3,000 views, with a 6% like-to-dislike ratio. Emory Andrew Tate III, an American-British online celebrity and former professional kickboxer, was born on December 14, 1986. Tate started selling premium memberships and courses through his website, such as the Hustlers University-branded courses, after retiring from kickboxing, and he eventually became well-known after switching to influencer marketing. Tate was suspended from Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter as a result of his provocative and allegedly sexist comments on subjects including sexual assault.English YouTuber Darren "Daz" Black, better known online as Daz Games, was born on August 7, 1985, and is currently aged 37. He is also recognised for his time spent on Vine and his second YouTube channel, Daz Black. The 7 million subscriber YouTuber published a viral video on August 18, 2022 with the simple title of "DAZ WATCHES ANDREW TATE." Although titled to be supposedly part of his 'Daz Watches' reaction series, the video was instead structured as a "serious" exposé video of sorts, and due to the controversial nature of many of his opinions, the video was well-received, despite the fact that personally, looking into it, it was more of an politically charged opinion piece that shouldn't have got anybody banned, let alone by Meta (Instagram and Facebook) for "dangerous individuals" - perhaps the most vague term possible. The Samoyed Skin in the upcoming Floof Fury pack for Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard is the Call of Duty skin for which Activision Blizzard has once again been accused of plagiarism. Activision Blizzard faced legal action last year for replicating the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare season one character Mara. Sail Lin, the artist, used ArtStation to demonstrate the similarities between their own creations and the Samoyed from Call of Duty: Warzone, presenting their discoveries on Twitter in a viral thread published on July 29, 2022. Although it is unknown whether or not the 'plagarism' is coincidental, according to Polygon, Raven Software has taken down any references to the Samoyed skin and the photos from its blog post since the claim first surfaced. TheGreatUnknown Productions, a YouTube technology channel whose programming typically focuses on anti-piracy systems within a range of gadgets, posted a YouTube video titled "Roblox Internal Documents Leak (Showcase)" on July 7, 2022. The collection, which has since been made available to the public at the Internet Archive and Wayback Machine, supposedly includes links to the website's API, Trello planning boards, beta versions of Roblox Studio and Roblox Xbox, and, most importantly, internal documents like employee referral forms and a list of users who have been permanently banned along with an explanation for their suspension. Since the identity of the original leaker and the motivations of the hacker are unknown, as is the data that is actually in their possession, changing passwords is strongly advised for safety reasons. This is especially true given that Roblox has not yet issued a statement, likely due to the relatively low attention this leak has comparatively received. Braso is a Latvian YouTube channel that posts commentary videos largely regarding MrBeast, the Minecraft YouTube community (including YouTubers like Dream, Technoblade, BadBoyHalo and other Dream SMP members), and specific Minecraft fans. His Minecraft challenge videos, many of which are influenced by Dream's Minecraft Manhunt series, may be seen on his second channel, BrasoXD. On February 26, 2020, Braso launched his primary channel, and on July 11, 2021, he launched his secondary channel.In a video titled "The WORST Commentary Channel..." that was released on November 17, 2021, another commentary YouTuber by the name of Jadyn accused Braso of posting clickbait videos in which he exploited Technoblade's cancer diagnosis. She claims in the video that Braso profited off the discussion of Technoblade's diagnosis by giving all of the money he made from it to charity, even earning three times as much as another YouTube commentator named Tired Cast (who has looked into analytics on his earnings). However, the impact of this criticism was limited due to Braso's channel being relatively small at the time, and the numerous controversies of Jadyn - such as allegedly mocking religion and also milking the diagnosis for views.However, many YouTubers called out Braso yet again in July 2022 for posting numerous videos regarding Technoblade's passing, some of which received between 200,000 and 1 million views. He was also criticised for failing to include fundraisers in his videos after promising to do so. In his response, Braso stated that he gave $3,000 of ad revenue to charity. Many drew attention to the fact that he didn't provide any genuine evidence. He promised to cease uploading videos alluding to Technoblade's passing in his reaction video, and he also promised to record a future video in which he genuinely gives money to charity.Braso later donated to the Sarcoma Foundation of America, but commentary YouTuber SixStriker found out that his donation was completely faked by using inspect element, which led to further criticism by YouTube channels such as Optimus and penguinz0/moistcr1tikal.
