3 Offenders, 2 Traumatised Victims, 1 Judge, 0 Days in Prison.
Aprox. 830 cases are submitted to the UK's Unduly Lenient Sentencing Scheme each year. Members of the public and those affected by the crimes committed can ask for the case to be reviewed by the Court of Appeal if the sentence doesn't match the public's expectation for the crime.
And every year, between 100-140 have their sentences increased.... but what happens to those who don't?

But on the 27th of April 2021, Julia took her dog for a walk in a local beauty spot, but she never came home. Julia's injured body was found in woodland by local walkers and she was pronounced dead at the scene. What followed was an extensive manhunt and a family and community left grieving the loss on an incredible woman.
