Re-imagining Ceremonies: A podcast by Entheos

Feargh and Karen are back for their final few episodes of Re-imaginging Ceremonies before 2024 wraps up. They have invited some gorgeous guests to join them for some upcoming episodes, but today it is just them, taking about trauma. In this episode, Karen has just returned from a trauma conference in Oxford, the U.K. She shares some of her experiences and take aways, while also discussing the importance of looking after our nervous systems and making sure we are looking after ourselves if we are going to show up to give back to the world around us.
