Dr. Lollie Mancey is an internationally recognised anthropologist, futurist, and AI thought leader helping organisations make sense of one of the greatest societal shifts of our time. With a PhD in Organisational Learning from Trinity College Dublin, her work explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping culture, leadership, trust, work, and human connection.

Currently Head of Innovation at instech.ie⁠ and former Programme Director at UCD Innovation Academy, Dr. Mancey is known for bringing a deeply human lens to technological change. She works with global organisations, policymakers, and leadership teams to navigate AI, innovation, and future readiness with clarity, ethics, and imagination.
