This week's episode is all about the events in my life this week, and that just so happens to be when my daughter started on her Home Education journey - What a week it's been!

Today is the start of my trip down motherhood memory lane, and recalling the feeling of being pregnant. It really is a bizarre and wonderful experience.....but it's not for the faint hearted!

"How can I stop feeling sad all the time?" is a question I've heard far too many times this year already! In this episode I share how I started to go from depression into the more positive mindset I have today. It's a slow process but the results are worth it.
