Combining the Healing Power of Horses and Personal Development with the Horse Whisperer, Jen Hall

Ep. 35

"The horse that chooses you is not necessarily the horse that's like you or the one you like. It's the horse that has a message, gift, or lesson to teach you at that moment." - Jen Hall.

Today, I'm joined by another amazing guest, the Horse Whisperer, Jen Hall. Jen is a Behavior Expert, TEDx Speaker, Best-selling Author, and the Founder of Equine Assisted Personal Development, where she combines two of her passions: helping people improve themselves and horses.

It was love at first sight for Jen and the horses. She was four years old the first time she saw one in person, and since that day, her passion for these fantastic creatures never stopped growing. Still, her bond with horses would solidify over twenty years later when she gifted herself horseback riding lessons as a reward for quitting smoking.

Throughout this episode, Jen shares details of the fascinating world of horse therapy and its role in personal development. You'll learn about Carl Jung and Tony Robbins' influence on Jen's work, how different archetypes and personality traits connect and communicate with horses, and how Jen learned to communicate with them.

Additionally, Jen sheds light on the benefits of horse therapy, its contribution to building healthy boundaries and leadership skills, how horses can help people overcome fear, and more.

Tune in to episode 35 of RADitude and join us in exploring the transformative power of horse therapy with our guest, Jen Hall.
