Thomas co-founded Ecademy in 1998, a networking platform for business leaders at the dawn of the internet. Since then Thomas has gone on to author 8 books and worked with several leading names including The Apprentice’s Lord Sugar, Former Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer and Former Monk, Jay Shetty.
