Ellen highlights the invaluable support and services that Bodywhys provide for people who might be struggling with eating or their body image as well as encouraging those with concern for a loved home that support is available.
Daniel very bravely opens up about his own experience of having an eating disorder and how his recovery has enabled him to become proactive in sharing information that could help others.
