This week's guest joining Gary, Dan & Simon is Dave Cas, QPR fan and author of 3 books including 'Shenanigans' A History of QPR Casuals and 'Beating My Demons' which follows Dave's turbulent upbringing and life's battles.We'll be taking time to pay our respects to the inspirational 7-year-old Isla Caton who sadly passed away this week after a long battle with neuroblastoma and we'll be joined by Steve Guy to talk about the amazing work the West Ham supporters and wider football family did to highlight the cause and raise thousands of pounds for Isla's treatment.We'll also be discussing many topical football stories including, VAR, the rise in arrests at football and the possible reasons as to why, plus our weekly focus on a non-league division (National League South) and looking at the remarkable rise of Dorking Wanderers FC .And this weeks halftime music is from brilliant new artist Andrew Cushin .

Mark is a very outspoken figure in the football world and a big supporter of grassroots football.We will also be talking about the consensus World cup in Qatar, the ongoing troubles at Derby, Birmingham and Oldham plus FA Cup ticket prices at Manchester United and a look at the Non-League scene.
