Before we start talking to the experts, I wanted to introduce you to the Project 100 team.
This is a long-term project for me, so I’ve made sure to bring in people from different generations to be part of the journey. I want this to be something that resonates and adds value for everyone, no matter their age.
We covered a lot – why I’m taking on Project 100, our personal health journeys, the misinformation around longevity on social media, the rising trend of focusing on health, what my team wants to get out of this, the financial realities of living longer, and much more.
The next episode with our first expert will be out soon.
