This is the first program of "Primer on Liberia" -- a podcast featuring young voices of Monrovia, Liberia in western Africa. For this episode we meet Father Philip Gbao, a Salesian Catholic and educator and recently arrived at the Mary Help of Christians School. When Father Philip meets the youngest students he is quite pleased with his exuberant reception. But is concerned about the cooler greeting from the senior students at the school. Along the way, he learns about how Liberian teens interact.
