This week, we EARNED a semi-fabulous episode of this damn show!!! We got a one-off female millenial writer in the mix, and SHOCKER: she understood the assignment! Cynthia Nixon served as director for this episode as well, which really only shows us that together, women GET THINGS DONE. After discussing which characters voted which way (if at all), we break into a very grounded episode filled with female empowerment, some actual Che Diaz character development, and (if a little outrageous) FASHION. Oh, the blizzard fashion which could never logistically happen in real life; we don't care! GIVE US MORE LTW IN A JEWELLED WIG CAP. This is also the episode where Steve FINALLY stands up to Miranda, and delivers the message that all of us audience members have been screaming at our screens for two seasons! Enjoy!!!
