From glittery costuming and expertly synchronized choreography to beautiful visuals and fandoms that are like family, it's hard to ignore the allure of the K-Pop industry. Unfortunately, underneath its shiny facade and buttery vocals, K-Pop isn't all that glittery. It's an industry plagued with oppressive contracts, aggressive fans, and brutal schedule demands.
