Hey I’m Rashida and I’ve been a freelancer for the last four years and up until now I’ve been pretty much making it up as I go along. No one sat me down and told me how to freelance, what to expect, what not to do and the things, I definitely should be doing which is usually  something to do with tax returns or combining pension schemes whatever.


After speaking to lots of freelancers like me who are working across the creative industries I realised that we all have common challenges, stresses and shared experiences. So I decided to start this podcast to see if we can find answers to the questions we ask ourselves everyday. I’m hoping it becomes a bit of a support club for any freelancers out there who a struggling or just need bit of advice. 


Each episode I’ll be speaking to all different types of freelancers who are walking all across the creative industries to learn how they navigate this unpredictable yet increasingly popular lifestyle.
