Anados is being pursued, running wildly through the wood. Is it the Ash? He slips and falls by a magnificent beech tree. Will he be caught or will the beech protect him?

Anados leaves the safety of the cottage and journeys into the dense forest. Is he in danger? Take care Anados. There are things in the forest that might wish you harm.

Anados hears about some of the fairies of the garden and forest. He meets some in the cottage garden which seems to be transformed into a carnival with fairies being very naughty indeed!

Anados journeys into the mysterious dark forest. He meets a young girl and her mother who tell him to be aware of the watching and listening trees. Beware the Ash and Alder Anados. Beware!

Anados awakes and finds his room changed strangely. His green marble basin, his bed, even his carpet has changed. Is this fairy land or just the start of his journey?

Anados's father has died and reaching his one and twentieth birthday, he becomes custodian of his father's old secretary desk. He finds the key and opens it. What wonders and mysteries does he find inside? Or has he been dreaming?
