Do Drivers Have A Speeding Problem?
•
The rollout of 20mph zones across the UK has been blamed for a surge in the number of drivers getting points on their licences. Nearly a million have had points added, a 32% increase in 3 years. Some blamed the rise on a 'culture of speeding', others pointed out that the growing number of 20mph roads was confusing and had simply caught out otherwise law-abiding drivers. Petrie wants to know, do you think there is a culture of speeding in the UK?
Motoring Journalist and Broadcaster, Steve Berry, who you may also know from his tenure as a Top Gear presenter, details his passionate feelings on the topic. Transport and Travel Journalist, Ed Wiseman, also lays out his experiences before you get your chance to talk back.
